Keith Hodge is the founder of True North Alignment and has spent two decades working alongside academy owners, founders and high-performing practitioners to elevate how they lead and scale. His work focuses on deep internal recalibration—helping leaders realign identity, structure, and decision-making so growth becomes intentional, sustainable, and aligned rather than reactive.
He is the author of True North Alignment: Where Purpose Becomes Inevitable and the host of the True North Alignment podcast, where he explores the inner architecture behind lasting leadership and meaningful scale. At the core of Keith’s philosophy is a simple but powerful belief: when a leader’s internal structure is coherent, clarity sharpens, momentum accelerates, and purpose naturally emerges. His work supports those building businesses, communities, and movements that are designed not just to grow—but to create lasting impact. .

The Person Behind The Work
I’m a father to a two-year-old and live in Lisbon with my partner. Fatherhood has been one of my greatest teachers, humbling, grounding, and a constant reminder to stay present and not take myself too seriously.
Music runs deep in my life. I’m a singer-songwriter and guitarist, and I also DJ ambient, euphoric sets designed as immersive emotional journeys rather than simple performances. Creating and moving through sound is one of the ways I process, reflect, and connect.
Training is another anchor for me. Regular gym sessions, yoga, and the occasional snowboard trip help me stay strong, focused, and mentally clear. I value depth and meaningful conversation, but I’m equally committed to play. I enjoy laughing, moving, creating, and building, both ideas and experiences.
What I teach isn’t theoretical. Alignment and internal architecture aren’t abstract frameworks to me. They shape how I lead, how I create, and how I show up in business and at home.
